    Can I pay with Chinese RMB?

    Yes, please follow the bank exchange rate and customers bear the service charges.

    Which payment account do you offer is correct and safe to pay?

    Yes, It is safe and effective as long as it comes from ”Official Account“ to provide payment accounts or other accounts.

    How to calculate the shipping cost ?

    weight of products + weight of packing carton + filling + documents = total weight. Shipping cost by express company calculated according to the total weight.

    Who bear the extra service fees?

    Bear by customers. We have provided very competitive price. It is fair that the fees are responsible by the customers.

    What method can I reduce the extra fees?

    Yes. By T/T will be relatively reduced fees.

    Will the change of exchange rate affect your price?

    Yes. We do not frequently change our price unless there are significant changes. One reason is the appreciation of the RMB.

    How the frequency of price changes?

    Normally, we make some price adjustments every year. Unless the appreciation of the RMB.


    Can you accept my packing method?

    Very sorry. In order to ensure that your goods are safe and accurate. Our packing has a standard policy. However, we will consider your request as much as possible to try your request.

    Can you provide a more solid package?

    At the moment, our packaging is solid and durable and can guarantee to be items arrived in good condition. If you have better suggestion, you are welcome to contact us, we will consider and upgrade our packaging.

    Do you provide the tracking number?

    After the order is shipped out, the tracking number will be shown under My Center> My Orders > View Order Details.

    How do I track my order?

    You can track your order on shipping company's website with the tracking number provided.

    When will I receive my order?

    Generally,orders will be delivered within 3 - 60 working days.


    If I have not received the goods for a long time?

    After we received your message. Confirm and reply to you within 6 working hours.

    If my belongings were damaged during transit?

    1. Upon receiving your order, please check the outer box. If the outer box is damaged, please open the box immediately and check your item condition carefully (some express company may not allowed to do this) .

    2. Please contact us and we will submit a complaint and claim your compensation.

    3. If you discovered there are damage items during the shipment, please capture a photo and contact us. We will investigate and compensate the value of your loss.

    If my belongings were lost during the time of shipment?

    1. All lost. We will contact the shipping company immediately, investigate the causes and discuss the possible solutions. If it is caused by the shipping company, we will resend your order within 2 to 3 days.

    2. Partially lost. Check the condition of the outer box, capture a photo and send us. We will investigate and discuss with shipping company and make a necessary compensation to you.

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had it, and how the item was purchased.

    Our company is qualifying under some product quality standard. Due to this is company private documents, we could disclose this quality test standard and policy.

    You contact our salesman immediately, and will solve within 3 days.

    Do I have to take a clear picture of a defective product ?

    Yes, this will help us to solve the problem as soon as possible.

    When there is a quality issue, who will bear the shipping cost?

    1. When there is small quantity of products in quality issue, customers bear the return shipping cost. This seems unfair but please be understand we have already make lots of adjustment on the cost and providing the best quality of products with a fair price, therefore any extra charges, it should be the responsible by the customer.

    2. When there are large quantity of products in quality issue, we will responsible for the shipping cost for returns. We will always having a strict inspection on our quality and will lowered the loss of our customers.

     Refunds & Returns

    How do I make a refund request? what is the process?

    You just do it by contact our salesman. Please don’t freeze our PayPal account fund. By doing this, we will have a bad record; this will directly affect our goodwill. We will give our best effort to sort out your problem and make the refund to you within 3 to 5 working days.

    I wanted to get a refund by freezing my payment that transferred to you PayPal account, can I do this?

    No, you can’t. We will use our PayPal account to make the refund, please don’t freeze the payment.

    When will I receive my refund?

    The refund period for PayPal is 3-5 business days and credit cards is 10-30days.
